Card/Venmo
When paying invoice using Venmo, there will be a 1.99% + .10 added to invoice. This can be avoided by paying with check or cash. Someone from Island Paws will gladly come pick up payment if choosing to do this.

In home policy
A trusted sitter stays in your home to provide your pet(s) with comfort, companionship, and routine care overnight. While the sitter remains in the home for the duration of the stay, they may be away for 5 hours at a time to perform other responsibilities. Your pets will still receive loving, dedicated care and attention throughout the night and as outlined in your booking.

Exotics
Island Paws is not medically trained in exotics, therefore, an exotic animal will have the needed care of feeding, giving water and perhaps changing its bedding, but is not knowledgeable on all exotics to notice medical concerns.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that concerns come up unexpectedly, but if cancellation is requested a month prior up to the last minute, then Island Paws requires a 50% cancellation fee. If this is during a holiday booking, spring break, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day, a full day pay will be required on those days. Thank You!
